Phindile Yende is a 2018 Mandela Washington Fellow under the Young African Leadership Initiative which was founded in 2014 by The Former President of the United States, President Barack Obama. Where she spent time in the USA at Clark Atlanta University to hone her skills in Business Entrepreneurship. She has extensive experience in medical consumables distribution and pharmaceutical sales having worked for a period of ten years in German and U.K. multinational medical and pharmaceutical companies. She is the Founder and CEO of RUO&RUI Medical also known as RRM, a diversified company that renders services such as project management, medical supplies and manufacturing with a footprint in all provinces in South Africa and will soon be venturing into East African markets.
She is a certified Yellow Belt holder in lean six sigma from the Hudson Consultancy Group in the USA which is A professional certification of a well-versed professional in the foundational elements of Lean Six Sigma Methodology, who leads limited improvement projects and serves as a team member as a part of more complex improvement projects.
